Harajuku Lovers
Howdy! Here’s my own rendition of an already existing Harajuku Lovers Fragrance ad, i wasn’t commissioned to do this. When i saw the ad, i couldn’t resist drawing it. I mean, how could i? It is way too fun of a picture. How are you all doing today? Any questions for me? Love to answer. Have a great day.
Oh I absolutely love it!! It’s better than the original photo I think :)!
September 3, 2008 at 6:13 pmI don’t know if I have a question, but I’m really curious to know how long you are drawing and if you were always that good :)
haha, I can’t say how much I love the way you draw!
If I’m allowed to do it, I would love to take my favourite picture of yours, scale it up and make a big picture for my room out of it :)!
xx

September 4, 2008 at 10:14 amhi, I’ve been reading your blog for a while now and I’m so curious to know what kid of material you use when you work and how you do when you paint them? what kind of pens and stuff do you use?
I love your work! it’s amazing!

September 4, 2008 at 10:27 amHi, I was just wondering how long time it takes for you to make a drawing like this? and how many drawings do you usually make/day? They are all so beautiful!
September 4, 2008 at 10:34 ammy question: do you know how amazing you are??? :)
September 4, 2008 at 12:08 pmRE: anonymous’ question about how long it takes me to do a drawing like this and how many I do in a day, it kinda depends on what kind of a drawing i’m doing. On this one, i was working on a new technique, so it took me a little longer than usual, about 5 hours, but for polished work it takes longer; like the Chanel or Dior drawings, which took about 3 days each. If it’s my sketch book, i normally do about 3 drawing a day, and take about 1-2 hours each.
September 4, 2008 at 6:48 pmYou are so amazing!
September 4, 2008 at 7:45 pmwow i stumbled across an interview with you and had to visit your site! your drawings are truely amazing..
September 6, 2008 at 7:54 amThey should totally use your painting instead of the picture. I mean, it’s brilliant!
September 6, 2008 at 1:45 pmJust have to ask, which techniques do you use? Not just on this one, but in general.
September 6, 2008 at 1:48 pmRE: Karin
September 6, 2008 at 2:59 pmI would say the only technique i use consistently is Bind Contour Drawing.
Your drawings is absolutly wonderful. And this one is prob the greatest of them all.
